Oil Eco Solutions respects your personal data and processes it solely for the purposes described below, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and European legislation.

What data we collect

• Account: your email address, with which you sign in via a one-time code.
• Professional Details: full name or company name, VAT No., tax office, activity, address, phones, payment method and, if you choose bank deposit, IBAN and holder.
• Pickup requests: containers, oil types, pickup point, contact details and comments.
• Contact form: full name, phone, email and your message.
• Newsletter: only your email address. Subscription is completed once you confirm it.

Purpose and legal basis

We process account, customer and request data to carry out the pickup and your payment (performance of a contract), and to issue documents and keep the records required by tax and environmental law (legal obligation). For the contact form, our legitimate interest in replying to your request. For the newsletter and statistics cookies, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is transferred only where required by law, such as to the tax authorities, or where necessary to provide the service, such as to the hosting server.

Retention period

Customer and pickup data is kept for as long as tax and environmental law requires, even after your account is deleted. The newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are not stored on the website.

Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies: for the session and the pickup cart, for form protection and for the language you have chosen. If you give your consent, it also uses Google Analytics statistical analysis cookies. No advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice by deleting the website data from your browser.

Oil Eco Solutions, through its website, www.oileco.gr, gives the visitor/user of its website the opportunity to be informed about the Company and the services it provides.

Oil Eco Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and the content of the website at any time and whenever it deems necessary, and the updated versions will always be available on the website. The Terms of Use in force are always those resulting from the most recent amendment. Users must check for possible amendments each time and, if they continue to use the website, they will be deemed to have accepted the amendments.
